- All prices quoted are portal to portal
- Straight time is for normally scheduled work week of Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. All hours worked outside the normal work week and on holidays will be considered overtime and billed as such. Exceptions can be made if sufficient notice is given to schedule manpower on a straight time basis.
- All required trip permits are billed at cost plus 10%.
