The 3rd Quarter of 2010 continues on the track to be a good year for H&S and our customers.

Our Specialties

H&S Constructors provides the highest quality heavy industrial construction services available. Services provided include civil, mechanical, fabrication, equipment erection, piping, structural, crane rentals, and ASME Code Work. We can assist our clients in all phasses of the construction process, including grass roots, revamps, turnaround and plant maintenance. We also handle turn-key engineering and general construction projects.

Our ASME Code stamps (R), (U) and (S) can be utilized to build pressure vessels or do repair work in the field. We also have experience in refinery maintenance, tank construction, rigging, abrasive blasting and painting.

3rd Quarter 2010 - Company Wide Update

The 3rd Quarter of 2010 continues on the track to be a good year for H&S and our customers.

Job Sites:

At Valero Bill Greehey Refinery, work continues on our MSAT-II along with the Ethanol Project, Ground Water Remediation and several other smaller capital projects.

At Valero 3Rivers Refinery, CBOB nears completion and work has begun on the LOTOX, F.G.R. and several Sub-Station projects.

At Citgo’s Refining West, our ULSD Project continues towards a scheduled completion in late 4th Quarter. To date over 192K man hours have been worked on the project.

At FHR, work has begun on several small capital projects. With this and the remobilization of our work on the new Sulphur Unit at FHR for CBI, it has meant a welcomed return to an active and multi-faceted presence with this long time customer of H&S.

The H&S Pipeline Division continues to be busy as well. Having approximately 14 Lease Crew contracts to maintain along with several pipeline projects from the lower Rio Grande Valley to West & Central Texas to Northern Louisiana, the pipeline division is running a lot. Taking care of customers such as DCP, Enterprise, Kinder-Morgan to name a few, it keeps our pipeline crews hopping.
